What is the
delivery Time?
The average is 7
working days after receipt of order. If you delay
approving your design, it can slow down the process so try
to make any correction immediately.
Do you have
a RUSH order delivery?
We can deliver a
order in 72 hours with a extra fee of 20% and Overnight
freight. This is perfect for those last minute projects.
Are
there any Discounts?
Discounts for bulk orders are on every item under the
Select Range Option.

Our standard design fee is $90.00 up to 5000
stitches (this usually covers all standard company
logo’s) and $25.00 per thousand over 5000.

SIZE & POSITION
How large
will my company logo be on my garment or cap?
Our standard is a left chest position above any
pocket. With a maximum of 3 inches by and 2 ˝ inches. (
about the size of a business card.)
What other
positions are available for my logo?
The sleeve or back
of garment. Larger designs are more expensive.
CREATE
LOGO & SETUP FEES
Do I have
to pay a set up charge if I already have a logo on a disk
or film?
Unless it is an embroidery design, it will probably
have to be “digitized” for embroidery. This involves
pulling up the design and then laying the various layers
of thread colors over the design.
This tells the embroidery machine what colors to
run and in what order to sew.
Can
Signatures create a logo for my company?
Absolutely! You
have to give us a few rough idea’s and we will give you
a couple of designs to choose from for $150.00.
What
is your Guarantee?
100% unconditional
guarantee on all of our products. Any product due to
defect will be replaced at no additional charge to the
customer.

All prices INCLUDE a
left\right chest embroidery up to 5000 stitches and
nine available colors.
Additional
charges for more than 5000 stitches are $0.45 per thousand
stitches.
